About the position
The Villa Host acts as a dedicated point of contact for villa guests, supporting arrivals, orientation, local recommendations and day-to-day requests. The role requires proactive communication and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance and external partners so each stay feels effortless while respecting the privacy and independence expected in a villa setting.
What we are looking for
Excellent guest-service and communication skills; very good English; good knowledge of Rhodes and local services; driving licence and confidence travelling between villa locations; organised and solution-oriented working style; flexibility according to arrival times and guest needs; previous villa, concierge or hospitality experience is an advantage.
