About the position
The Guest Relations Agent supports guests before and during their stay, follows up on requests and helps coordinate solutions with Reception, Housekeeping and other departments. You will share practical recommendations for Lindos and Rhodes, monitor guest feedback and maintain a warm but professional presence throughout the property.
What we are looking for
Strong spoken English and confident interpersonal skills; previous hospitality, reception or guest-relations experience is preferred; good knowledge of Rhodes or willingness to learn quickly; calm problem-solving approach; professional presentation and discretion; additional languages are an advantage.
